Before/After Care Program at Carolina Achieve
Support for Busy Families with a Safe, Enriching Environment
At Carolina Achieve, we understand that many families need additional care options before and after the school day. Our Before/After Care Program provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where students can enjoy structured activities, complete homework, and connect with peers.
Our program offers flexibility and peace of mind for parents while keeping students active and inspired beyond regular school hours. Whether your child joins us early in the morning or stays later in the afternoon, our caring staff ensures every student feels supported, encouraged, and valued.
Program Details

Before Care: 7:15 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.

After School Care: 3:15 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.

Snacks Included: For families who ordered weekly breakfast for their student, breakfast will be served in the morning during before care. Afternoon snacks will be provided for students in after-school care.

Activities: Stimulating games, creative projects, and supervised play
Our Before/After Care Program is designed to complement the Carolina Achieve educational experience—helping students develop social skills, creativity, and responsibility in a structured and enjoyable setting.
Fees
Before Care is Free for 2025-26.
After Care Fees are as follows:
$40/four days
$30/three days
$20/two days
$10/one day
$15/ for the day for drop-in

Families interested in enrolling in the Carolina Achieve Before/After Care Program can download and complete the application form. Once completed, please email it to Tammy Clark, our Director of Aftercare, at tclark@carolina-achieve.org.
Spaces are limited, so we encourage families to apply early to secure their child’s spot in this enriching program.
