My daughter and nephew, who are both in my care, attend this school, and we truly love it. The sense of community here is exceptional; students are known by name, not treated like numbers. I always feel comfortable asking questions, and the staff responds promptly and efficiently.
My nephew has a chronic illness, and the school has been incredibly accommodating and supportive whenever he is out. During those times, his classmates and teachers even took the time to make and send cards, which meant so much to our family.
Both children are excelling academically and socially. Their teachers communicate clearly about what they need to thrive and are always willing to work with me to ensure they are on the right path for success. I highly recommend this school to any family seeking a caring, supportive, and student-centered environment.

Our family has had such a positive experience since switching to Carolina Achieve Charter School. The smaller class sizes were exactly what we were looking for so our girls could get more one-on-one support when they need it, and we truly appreciate teachers who recognize that every child learns at a different pace and in different ways. Carolina Achieve has truly gone above and beyond my expectations. The teachers, administrators, and Head of School, Mr. Trip, are amazing and genuinely care about every student. My daughter has grown so much in just kindergarten; she’s already reading, spelling words, and doing math on her own. Our family has had a wonderful experience at CA. The teachers genuinely care about each child and create an environment where students feel supported and valued. We heard about Carolina Achieve from board member, Tiffany Alrefae. We happened to all be at an out of town event together, and my husband and I were sharing our desire to find a public school, but hadn’t found one that truly aligned with our family’s needs and values. Tiffany spoke so highly of Carolina Achieve that we knew we had to check it out!
We ended up attending one of the first summer park days right before Carolina Achieve opened. Even though it was a rainy day, it was clear how much thought and heart went into organizing it. Being greeted by Mr. Tripp and Jessy as folks arrived, along with other staff helping at check-in, made it so easy for families to connect.
At the time, we decided against separating our kids since one was in Pre-K 4 and the other was in 1st grade. However, that very first encounter with Carolina Achieve planted a beautiful seed for our family that truly bloomed when we were able to enroll this school year. So far, we’ve already seen some familiar faces and met new ones. We absolutely love it here and encourage other families we talk to to take a tour and give it a chance!
